Cancun, Mexico beach photo shoot with Natalia Wilhelm

It's no secret that it's COLD in New York. Well, it's winter!! Fortunately for me, I was in Puerto Morelos, Mexico shooting a wedding.
Also, I was in Cancun, Mexico this week working on a photo shoot with Natalia Wilhelm of Canada. This multi-lingual, multi-ethnic beauty stands at almost 6'0 tall. Not only is she beautiful but she has talent, grace and poise and is one of the most intelligent humans that I have met. Here are a few photos from the shoot.

Whether it's interior design, photography, make-up artistry or writing, Joy Moyler does it all. This New York City native is the creative director for Armani Casa  in New York, designing interiors for celebrities like John Mayer, Adrian Brody and others that I cannot mention here. 

When she is not designing interiors, she is the studio make-up artist for many of the model shoots that you see here on this blog and on my website.

Speaking of blogs, Joy has an incredibly eclectic lifestyle blog, Haute Zone where she writes about everything from fashion to interiors, and from weddings to food. Her writing skills are on par with top level magazine writers.

Cupcakes instead of cake for your wedding?

I recently had the opportunity to do a food photography job shooting cupcakes for Kaffeine Expresso Bar in New Rochelle. Forget about Magnolia Bakery, forget about Crumbs and go directly to Kaffeine for the best cupcakes you've ever eaten! I saw REAL butter and fruit being put into these delectable delights making the flavors scream. I tried several delicious flavors, but Tiramisu is my favorite!!!

If you are providing cupcakes for your wedding as many do these days, and getting married at the Surf Club, Greentree Country Club or any of the venues on Davenport Avenue you may want to consider this place.

Up and coming model Kamara Innis!

The beautiful Kamara was in the studio yesterday working with me on an instructional video for, www.learnmyshot.com.
This 5 feet 7 inch 19 year old from NY has been modeling for about 2 years and has her eye set on working the runway and doing print ads for American Eagle and The Gap among others.

Stephanie M. photo shoot

School teacher Stephanie graced my studio this evening. This was her first photo shoot in which she did a fantastic job. I hope o work with her again soon!
